In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Standalone Agreement and this Agreement, the terms of the Standalone Agreement shall prevail over the conflicting terms in these Terms of Service.

2. Xiangshi Technology uses its own operating system to provide you with the service of Xiangka Xiaoji through the Internet​

You must: Carefully read and understand the introduction of Xiangka Xiaoji, and abide by the terms of service and relevant operating rules. Provide equipment, including a personal computer, connecting network equipment. Personal Internet access and payment of fees associated with this service. Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (if the user is a user outside the People's Republic of China, they should also abide by the laws and regulations of the country or region to which they belong). If required by Xiangshi Technology, you are obliged to provide various installation and operating environments of Xiangka Xiaoji during user deployment, including but not limited to IP addresses, operating systems, and network environments.

3. service quality monitoring​

This is to improve the service quality of Xiangka Xiaoji, and Xiangshi Technology guarantees that this information will not be used for illegal or immoral purposes.
  2. Xianshi Technology will provide services in accordance with the terms, but does not promise to solve the problems caused by you, including but not limited to the failure of your computer software and hardware, the use of incompatible browsers, the failure of your network, and the suspension of your network access Resolve the domain name of Timeshare or interrupt the connection with the server where Timeshare Technology is located, etc.

4. registration and login​

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and in consideration of the importance of Xiangka Xiaoji products and services, you agree to: (1) Submit valid and accurate personal information for real-name authentication when registering an account;(2) Provide timely, detailed and accurate account registration information;(3) You shall not open this service for yourself or others for profit, any improper means, or in violation of the principle of good faith; (4) Each of you shall be fully responsible for all actions and events in its account, and shall not sell or lend the account. If you fail to keep your account and password, you will be fully responsible for any damages caused to yourself, Xiangshi Technology or third parties; (5) If the registration information you provide to the account is inaccurate, untrue, or contains illegal or bad information, Xingshi Technology has the right to refuse registration, and reserves the right to terminate your use of Xingshi's services.

5. Service Fees​

  1. You understand and agree that Xiangka Xiaoji has the right to make reasonable adjustments to the current charging methods, payment channels and charging standards according to actual needs, or to charge reasonable service fees for some currently free service items. If Kaxiaoji charges for this item, you have the right to withdraw from the use of this service or terminate the use of Kaxiaoji.
  2. You understand and agree that Xiangka Xiaoji has the right to decide whether to charge for the new service items, and you have the right to choose to accept or reject the service of this item.
  3. If you accept the charging items of Xiangka Xiaoji, you should pay the fees according to the charging regulations of Xiangka Xiaoji; if you do not pay the fees or are in arrears, Xiangka Xiaoji has the right to suspend the withdrawal or stop providing the services to you. this service.
  4. You hereby confirm and accept that, regardless of whether there is anything to the contrary in this agreement, once you have opened a paid service for an organization, the organization cannot be restored to the free version. The right to suspend or stop providing all services to the organization.

6. User rules​

  1. Xiangka Xiaoji is only for your personal use and may not be sold, transferred, licensed or otherwise provided to any third party. Any information, services or software related to or derived from SenseTime must be approved in writing by SenseTime. If you have any comments on Xiangka Xiaoji, or suggestions on how to improve, you can submit them to Xiangshi Technology. Please note that if you do this, you will also grant the right to use and add your suggestions or opinions in the SenseTime (or third-party software) for free.
  2. You may not abuse the service of KAWAYO. You hereby understand and agree that any information, data, text, software, music, audio transmitted by uploading, publishing, sending instant messages or any other means through this service , photos, graphics, videos, information, user's registration information or other information (hereinafter referred to as "content"), whether public or private, shall be the responsibility of the content provider and user for their uploading and use behavior. Xiaoji cannot control the content transmitted through this service, nor can it fully control the user's use behavior, so it cannot guarantee the legality, correctness, integrity, authenticity or quality of the content.
  3. You shall be legally responsible for any actions you conduct through Xiangka Xiaoji. 7. intellectual property rights​

The logos, layout designs, typesetting methods, texts, pictures, graphics, etc. contained in the network services provided by Xiangshi Technology are protected by copyright, trademark rights and other laws. publish, use, rewrite or republish, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of publication or use, or be used for any other commercial purpose.
  2. We may use (including but not limited to copying, adapting, modifying, creating derivative works, translations) and disseminating these contents at our sole discretion. At the same time, you agree to have the right to file a lawsuit in your own name against any third party's infringement of the above content or its derivatives, and obtain full compensation. You warrant that you have the necessary authorization to carry out this license on SenseTime. Although there is an agreement on the reservation of rights in the preceding paragraph, it does not mean that we will definitely carry out the above-mentioned use and dissemination behavior, and this reservation of rights is only for the content that you have disclosed, and does not involve personal undisclosed information and privacy. If you sign a separate written agreement with Xianshi Technology regarding your disclosed content, the terms of the agreement shall take precedence over these terms of service.

11. Force Majeure Clause​

14. Termination​

  2. In view of the particularity of network services, if you are a free user, Xingshi Technology reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate the service at any time without notifying you. You confirm and accept that the company exercises the right to change, interrupt or terminate the service, and the company does not need to be responsible to you or a third party.
  3. If you are a paying user, Xiangka Xiaoji can terminate the terms of service by giving you thirty (30) days in advance written notice through the contact information you provided during registration, and will refund pro rata until the termination takes effect. Any prepaid charges not consumed on the date. You confirm and understand that, except for the cases clearly stipulated by the law, Xingshi has the right to directly refund you without your application.
