2. Service Description

The fees for the next billing cycle are deducted from the third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, iTunes account, and Google pay account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account"). 2.2 Automatic renewal: The payment channel entrusted by Xianshi Technology Studio will charge the fee for the next billing cycle through your account, record the payment in the payment record, and extend the validity period of the paid service accordingly. You need to ensure that the payment channel is successfully deducted from the above account. If the renewal fails due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account, you will be responsible for it (including but not limited to the termination of the corresponding rights and the inability to participate in related activities, etc.).

3. Rules for the use of automatic renewal services

3.1 If you activate this service, you are deemed to have agreed to authorize Xingshi Technology Studio to issue a deduction instruction to your account according to the deduction rules of the payment channel before the expiration of each billing cycle, and agree that the account can be used according to the payment method. The deduction instruction issued by Time Technology Studio will deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from the account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information. Once the deduction is successful, Xiangshi Technology Studio or a third-party partner company will open the corresponding payment service for you in the next billing cycle, and will record the deduction into your payment record on the day when the deduction is successful, and extend it accordingly. 3.2 If there is an error in the process of deduction, Xianshi Technology Studio and you should cooperate closely to find out the reason, and each shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the responsibility according to the degree of fault Corresponding responsibility; if both parties are jointly responsible, the two parties shall share the responsibility equally.

3.4 Xianshi Technology Studio does not charge any handling fee for you to open this service, but Xingshi Technology Studio has the right to decide whether to charge for this service or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees according to business needs or market changes, and will be notified in the relevant page to announce.

3.5 If you renew the paid service within the validity period, the validity period will be extended on the basis of the original service validity period.

4. Service Suspension, Interruption and Termination

4.1 This service will be valid for a long time unless otherwise notified or announced by Xianshi Technology Studio. These terms take effect when you choose to accept or use the service, until you terminate the service or cancel the corresponding qualification for the paid service.

4.2 In the event of one of the following circumstances, Xingshi Technology Studio has the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to you, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for this:

After the termination, Xiangshi Technology Studio will stop providing the service to you. 5. Other agreements

5.1 Legal and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and exclude the application of all conflict of laws provisions. In the event of a dispute, you and Xianshi Technology Studio agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its currently valid arbitration rules. The arbitral tribunal consists of three arbitrators. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.

5.2 The failure of Xianshi Technology Studio to exercise, fail to exercise in time or fully exercise the rights it enjoys in this clause or in accordance with the law shall not be regarded as a waiver of such rights, nor will Xianshi Technology Studio exercise such rights in the future. .
